At Slidee, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Delivery Times:
- Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: Orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.
- All Other Cities in Egypt: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Note: Shipments can’t be opened on delivery per shipping company policy.
Refund and Exchange Policy
At Slidee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward.
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. items must be unused and in their original packaging
Exchange fees are the same amount as regular shipping fees
Return fees are only 35EGP.
